We frequently receive many questions about topics ranging from shipping to production. If you have a question, please read here first. If we don’t answer it below then please contact us so we can help figure it out.
Q: How do I contact you?

Q: What material are your shirts?
A: 99% Cotton, 1% Awesome*
*Awesome made of 100% Cotton.
Q: I want to exchange my shirt, how do I do that?
A: Simply send your unworn, re-sellable merchandise to us with a brief note explaining the reason for your return and what you would like for us to do. Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number, Account or Order Number, Favorite Food and whether you like robots or not. Exchanges for items shipped correctly will need an additional Shipping & Handling payment of $6 and usually take 1-2 weeks to process. Cakes usually take 1-2 hours to make. Sneezes usually travel at 100-200 miles per hour.
Q: I ordered a shirt "__" weeks ago. Where is my order?
A: Your shirt is either on its way or on backorder. If your shirt is on backorder you should have been notified of the delay. You should receive an email when your order ships. Thank you for being patient.

A: We don't care.
Q: You guys are awesome! How do you come up with your designs?
A: Thank you, you're awesome too. We work really hard and randomly think of funny stuff. We have a lot of positive inspiration.
Q: You I have a great idea for a shirt! Will you guys make it?
A: If we like it we will make it! If we use your idea we will give you $50 and at least one shirt of your idea (maybe more if you want to give grandma one!).
Q: How do I order shirts from you?
A: If you are with a retailer or store, please contact out Account Manager at accounts@goodietwosleeves.com. If you just want to buy some shirts, then go back and find what you like, add it to your Cart and Checkout. Its pretty easy.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Nope.
Q: Is your online store safe to order from?
A: Yes. Our store is hosted on a secure server and we use iTransact to process all of our credit card transactions. Your information is secure and is not shared with any third parties. For all of our policies, terms & conditions, please click those words.
Policies, Terms, & Conditions
Most orders are shipped within a couple days, but please allow up to 15 days for receipt of your order.
Shipment is by our carrier of choice including but not limited to UPS and the United States Post Office.
Returns accepted on an exchange basis only. Replacement orders shipped upon return of product in good saleable condition.
